歡迎使用 Sooooz 平台！以下為您使用我們服務時所應遵守的條款。使用我們的服務即代表您同意並遵守這些條款。

1. 使用者帳戶

  • 用戶需提供有效的姓名名稱和電子郵件，僅作為登入之用。若有隱私考量，我們建議使用不具識別性的假名和電子郵件。

  • 照護者用戶可以選擇匿名提供有關其孩子的資訊，這些資訊僅用於獲取專家指導。

  • 用戶可以隨時刪除其帳戶。

 

2. 服務支付、調整與退款政策

  • 用戶可以購買我們的服務，所有支付將透過第三方工具 Lemon Squeezy 或 綠界科技處理。

  • 一旦支付完成，視為交易已完成，恕不提供退款。對於某些特定情況，用戶可以聯繫我們尋求後續處理。

    • 正式課補課：如遇不可抗因素無法參加當次課程，用戶須於開課1小時前通知我們，以協調新的上課時間。

    • 整期正式課/體驗課改期：需於開課72小時前提出，以協調新的上課時間。

    • 整期正式課/體驗課取消與退款：需於開課72小時前提出，若符合條件將退還扣除必要手續費後的款項。

    • 視訊諮詢改期：需於視訊開始48小時前提出，以協調新的上課時間。

    • 視訊諮詢取消與退款：需於視訊開始48小時前提出，若符合條件將退還扣除必要手續費後的款項。

 

3. 用戶生成內容

  • 用戶可在平台上貢獻分享內容，如討論、反饋等。我們保留移除不當或暴力內容的權利。

 

4. 知識產權

  • Sooooz 平台上的所有內容，包括但不限於專家提供的建議、指導、與平台本身的文案內容，均受知識產權法保護。用戶不得未經授權複製、轉載或用於其他商業用途。

 

5. 免責聲明

  • 專家提供的建議僅供參考，最終決策應由用戶照護者做出。Sooooz 平台不對用戶照護者的決策承擔責任。

  • 平台上提供的內容僅用於教育目的，無法替代醫療建議處置。若對孩子的健康或發展有疑慮，應尋求專業的醫療建議服務。

 

6. 服務修改與終止

  • Sooooz 保留隨時修改、暫停或終止服務的權利，並將提前通知用戶。

 

7. 條款變更

  • 我們保留變更使用條款的權利，若有重大變更，我們會透過電子郵件通知所有用戶。​​

​​Welcome to the Sooooz platform! Below are the terms you must adhere to when using our services. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. User Accounts

  • Users must provide a valid name and email for login purposes. For privacy concerns, we recommend using pseudonyms and non-identifiable email addresses.

  • Caregivers may choose to provide anonymous information about their children, which will only be used to obtain expert guidance.

  • Users can delete their accounts at any time.

 

2. Payments, Adjustments, and Refund Policy

  • Users can purchase our services, and all payments will be processed through third-party tools like Lemon Squeezy or ECPay.

  • Payments are considered final upon completion, and no refunds are provided. In certain specific cases, users may contact us for further assistance:

    • Rescheduling Single Classes: If unforeseen circumstances prevent attendance, users must notify us at least 1 hour before the class to arrange a new session.

    • Rescheduling Entire Courses/Trial Classes: Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the course starts to arrange a new schedule.

    • Canceling Entire Courses/Trial Classes: Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the course starts. If eligible, users will receive a refund minus necessary processing fees.

    • Rescheduling Video Consultations: Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to arrange a new session.

3. User-Generated Content

  • Users may contribute and share content on the platform, such as discussions or feedback. We reserve the right to remove inappropriate or violent content.

  • All content on the Sooooz platform, including expert advice, guidance, and platform materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without authorization.

5. Disclaimer

  • Expert advice provided is for reference only, and final decisions should be made by the caregiver. Sooooz does not assume responsibility for these decisions.

  • Platform content is for educational purposes and cannot replace professional medical advice. If you have concerns about your child's health or development, seek professional medical assistance.

6. Service Modifications and Termination

  • Sooooz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time, with prior notice to users.

 

7. Changes to the Terms

  • We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service. For significant changes, we will notify all users via email.
